My approach to these workshops is to offer a space for self-reflection, experiential learning, and encourage an ongoing discovery of what boundaries you need to support your wellbeing.


I offer evidence-based strategies that I have tried out in my own practice and life as a Registered Psychologist, but please note, they are not meant to replace your own sense of what you need. Instead, I hope you leave with a sense of understanding of the greater structural issues that set us up to struggle, and some hope that there are things you can do starting today while we all work for change.
